Dates of Downland Estate Leases

The request was successful.

Dear Brighton and Hove City Council,

Please could you provide me with a list of the of the Downland Estate leases that the Council has let, the land or buildings they are attached to, and the dates that they expire or come up for renewal. This should include all land and buildings outside of the city's built up area under the ownership of Brighton & Hove City Council. Please also include the dates of any break clauses or other opportunities for early termination or changes.

Many thanks,

Yours faithfully,

Chris Todd

Dear Brighton and Hove City Council,

Thanks for the list of premises and land along with dates that leases end. However, could you please check that this list is complete. I notice that neither Waterhall or Hollingbury Park Golf Courses are included, yet they are clearly within the downland estate outside the built up area: my original request stated: This should include all land and buildings outside of the city's built up area under the ownership of Brighton & Hove City Council.

I would be grateful if you could update the information and check no other sites have been left off as well.

Many thanks,

Yours sincerely,

Chris Todd

Dear Mr Todd,

Apologies for sending through the previous asset list which was based on
information held by our rural managing agents for assets that they manage
on our behalf. The attached list has now been updated and expanded to
include all council owned assets outside of the main built-up areas of the
city.

Yours sincerely,
