Dear DfI Roads, As a rate Payer living at Ferndale House, could you give me the date of any work carried out on the "Car Park" at Ferndale House, The Dales ,Ballybog Road,Dunmurry,", such as filling in pot holes in this car park.
Having lived at Ferndale House for over 30 years, I have asked along with other residents ,for some work to be carried out, regarding repairing the pot holes ,as in the winter time, it is full of water, we pay nearly £700,000 per annum in rates for the three High Rise Flats at "The Dales" and feel because we are off the main road (Out of Sight ,Out of Mind) your department is not giving us the service we disserve.
