Data to show which areas in Twerton are more than 10% HMOs.

The request was successful.

Dear Bath and North East Somerset Council,

Permission granted for another conversion of a C3 residential home to a C4 HMO in Twerton, has again given rise to bad feeling among the community.

Please could we have an up-to-date data source that would let us check which areas of Twerton are more than 10% HMOs and are thus 'out-of-bounds' for any further such conversions.

I'm aware that a document titled: Houses of Multiple Occupation in Bath, provides a rough map that is helpful, but more conversions in Twerton have been approved since that document was published.

How can we see the up-to-date Census Output Area which identifies areas across the city where HMO properties represent more than 10% of households?

Yours faithfully,

Joe Scofield
