Data showing the reason why MOD waited 15 years to carry out a vaccine interaction research study

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Ministry of Defence should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Ministry of Defence,

A vaccine interaction research study (2005/06). 15 years post the Gulf War '91' event is a joke and was disrespectful to veterans. We're sure everyone can agree.

Troops (Now Veterans) complaints were clear in 91/92! MOD were quick to say it wasn't the vaccines/naps, but actually had no data to back that up (Remember they apparantly decided not to collect any data?) Really? Was 'Duty of Care' to much hassle?

The obvious thing to do was to fire the same vaccines ( crucially at the same intervals) into humans, ideally the MP's that were happily standing in front if tv cameras claiming they were safe!

Question - Why did MOD not carry out this study with exactly the same vaccines which returned from the Gulf within 1 year, 2 years or even 3 years of what would have been the shelf life of those batches of vaccines?

Please do not send the same countermeasures/vaccine links links over and over, which are corrupted and not impartial. Just data to the specific question if any exists (Which we highly doubt in line with MOD form!) Thankyou in advance for any honesty and transparency possibly lurking oppressed in a dark corner somewhere in a MOD department cabinet. Finally is there any current data stating how long the current MOD are planning to carry on past MOD's insult to a every sick Gulf Veterans intelligence? Or are they happy to become complicit?

Dear Ministry of Defence,

A small addition whilst answering this question to why MOD delayed the vaccine interaction study for 15 years claiming the vaccines were safe. The Department of Health published the Green book in 1992 only a year following the Gulf War where it warns in Chapter 11 Immunisation Safety NOT to administer 5 or more vaccines and also not to administer vaccines less than 4 weeks apart!

This alone blows the MOD's claim that the vaccines were safe out of the water!

It is probably best this goes straight to the top of MOD. It is not even debatable!

Dear Ministry of Defence,

You have not responded in time as required by law

The data showing the reason MOD decided to delay a vaccine study that should have been carried out with exactly the same vaccines that were developed for the Gulf War 90/91 when some were returned from theatre and the shelf life would have been up to 3 years? 15 years later, impossible to have the same vaccines, especially as MOD have already admitted, there is no data surrounding those experimental vaccines to enable exact reproduction and also apparantly no data for those involved in the production/developement.

So what was the reason MOD delayed? The only reason which seems to be obvious to everyone, was to avoid the truth coming out!

Unless there is another reason documented?

Dear Ministry of Defence,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Ministry of Defence's handling of my FOI request 'Data showing the reason why MOD waited 15 years to carry out a vaccine interaction research study'.

Unfortunately no reply to a simple request if there is data to substantiate the reason MOD delayed a vaccine study (which then turned out to be flawed) 15 years later. Does a reason exist in the data or not to excuse this negligence? Thankyou

Dear Mr Roberts,

Please find attached a response to your recent request for internal
review.

Yours sincerely,

MOD information Rights Compliance Team

Dear Sandra,

Thankyou for your internal review, where you found yet again MOD within time limits of the law. Yet again another 3 weeks has passed without the information requesting being supplied or even a reply. Are these people aware that there are thousands of sick veterans are made suffer further through this incompetence, dragging out the blatant and crystal clear Cover Up even further. Adding to the problem against government initiatives of levelling up and Uniting. Can we find a single person besides yourself that cares?

Do they realise that this freedom of information is public for the not just the country, but the world to see how veterans are treated.

Covid 19 is not an excuse. 99.8% are OK and will be fine. Between 30% (MOD estimates)and 66%( British Legion estimates) of these veterans are currently sick or already dead from our own past governments illegal vaccine practises .

These veterans are a priority far more important as it has happened/ or is happening to them. When you are affected by something that is between 1in3 or 1in2. We do not fear something that may affect you 1in thousands.

If anything. If MOD staff are still working from home. They have more time to deliver information requested to help our veterans. There is simply NO Excuse. Not even a courtesy letter on the 10th working day, explaining they are doing their very best to supply all information requested, hence it taking so long and require a few more days.

Simply not good enough. It's a good job our Forces never respond to problems around the world in such a manner. Just imagine! but again thankyou for your own personal professional manner throughout.
If current MOD have something more important than delivering the simple truth for these veterans, then if they could kindly let us know. Remembering we already know and have the evidence for the truth, but it would be nice to hear from them for the 1st time in 30 years.

Justice is coming. Current MOD are either now by our side or they will carry the can for the past corrupt administrations in the Cover Up.

Kind Regards,

Gavin Roberts, (yet again)
ON behalf of Sick Veterans

Dear Ministry of Defence,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Ministry of Defence's handling of my FOI requests X 3 that have all been upheld again.

MOD were ordered to provide the information and even given a further 10 days, which ended 2 weeks ago.

This is a perfect example for the public to see how veterans (sick veterans at that) are really treated by MOD in reality.

I repeat Covid may effect 0.02%, the Gulf War vaccines already have affected 30% of those subjected to them. There is a big difference between the two. This is outrageous , that we have not even received a response out of courtesy in months. Take a leaf or two out of Sandra Gardeners book on how to deal with this matter, as currently you are breaking the LAW!
