I did not receive a five digit FOI number, I simply received the following acknowledgment on 26/05/22:

FOI Requests, Home Office 26 May 2022

Thank you for contacting the Home Office Freedom of Information Requests
Mailbox.

This is to acknowledge receipt of your email.

This email and any files transmitted with it are private and intended
solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed.
If you have received this email in error please return it to the address
it came from telling them it is not for you and then delete it from your
system.
This email message has been swept for computer viruses.

Dear FOI Requests,

Thank you for the message from M Ennis. It is unusual that you have no record of my FOI request when you sent me an acknowledgment of having received it. Perhaps you could tell me why it is that you have deleted all records of my FOI request after having received it.

Dear FOI Requests,

In M Ennis's 15 September 2022 email it was stated: "We will aim to send you a full response by 14/10/2022 which is twenty working days from the date we received your request."

However, you received my request on 26 May 2022:

So contrary to what was stated in M Ennis's 15/09/22 email, 14/10/2022 is not "twenty working days from the date we received your request." It is more like EIGHTY working days from the date you received my request.
