Dear Christopher Nice,
Thank you for the information provided in your letter dated 19/07/2021.
I have gone through the data and I noticed that the years are dated 2019/20 and 2020/21. It would be grateful if the data can be supplied by examination series (e.g. May/June 2019, Oct/Nov 2019, May/June 2020, Oct/Nov 2020, May/June 2021). The March exam series data is not needed.
You may refer to this data supplied by you in this letter to Peter Ashbury on 13/05/2021:

Thank you.
Yours sincerely,

Dear V. R. Subbiah
Before we can look into your request, we need to clarify a couple of
points. You have referenced a separate Freedom of Information request and
suggested we refer to that in forming a response to this request. However
we note in that request that information was only provided for the June
2018 and June 2019 exam series, which is different from the information
you are currently requesting. Please clarify the exam series you are
requesting information for.
You have also referred to the May / June and October / November series. We
offer series in all of these months. We offer our Checkpoint qualification
in the May and October series, whilst we offer General Qualifications
(Cambridge O Leve, IGCSE and AS & A Level) in the June and November
series. Please clarify if you are requesting this information specifically
for the June and November series?
Once we have clarification on these points, we will work to provide a
response within 20 working days.
Your sincerely

Dear FOI Requests,
I would like to clarify that I am asking for entry numbers for the June 2019, November 2019, June 2020, November 2020, June 2021 examination series for Cambridge IGCSE, AS and A Level as well as Cambridge O Level. I would like this data supplied in an Excel format.
I would like this data to be separated by examination series (e.g. Nov 2020, Jun 2021) , unlike what was previously supplied (2019/20, 2020/21).
I referred the other FOI request as the data provided in that request the data was arranged by examination series, and wanted you to do the same for my request, however it is for the June 2019, November 2019, June 2020, November 2020, June 2021 examination series for Cambridge IGCSE, AS and A Level as well as Cambridge O Level.
I hope this has clarified your query. Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
V. R. Subbiah
