Following the results of a study of data breaches by privacy campaign group Big Brother Watch, please send details of how Elective Home Education (EHE) records are stored and taken or transmitted from your EHE office.

I would be grateful if you could:

1/ give an explanation of methods of storage and how data is protected if records are kept temporarily or permanently at the home address of any of your EHE team,

2/ explain how data is protected at different addresses and in transit to different addresses,

3/ include in your response the type and level of encryption used,

4/ send the council's data protection policy documents.
