Data Protection of Elective Home Education records
Dear Isle of Anglesey Council
Please send details of how Elective Home Education (EHE) records are stored and taken or transmitted from your EHE office.
I would be grateful if you could:
1/ give an explanation of methods of storage and how data is protected if records are kept temporarily or permanently at the home address of any of your EHE team,
2/ explain how data is protected at different addresses and in transit to different addresses,
3/ include in your response the type and level of encryption used,
4/ send the council's data protection policy documents.

I am advised as follows:-
1/ give an explanation of methods of storage and how data is protected if records are kept temporarily or permanently at the home address of any of your EHE team,
Data is kept in a locked filing cabinet and never leave the office.
2/ explain how data is protected at different addresses and in transit to different addresses,
As above.
3/ include in your response the type and level of encryption used,
All documents are password protected
4/ send the council's data protection policy documents.
