Please provide under the FOIA a copy of your policy and procedures that protects living individuals data protection rights from abuse.
Do you carry out a DPIA prior to processing and sharing data to ensure no human rights are abused when collecting and sharing personal data.
Who is responsible for carrying out the DPIA and is this also a mandatory requirement for those you share this data with.
Who collects this data what is it used for and who is it given to for enforcement purposes.
Provide a list of your shared data controllers and a list of your data processors.
