Please provide the data relating to how many solicitors have breached data protection and or had data of customers/clients/ third parties breached for whatever reason to include the name of the sole traders, partners within a partnership or the name of the companies.

How many solicitors’ firms reported the data breach within 72 hours and how many did not and what sanctions were imposed by the ICO.

For all periods on a yearly basis that you hold records.

has been disrupted by the pandemic. We continue to experience high demand
for our services while operating at reduced capacity. We are working as
hard as we can to respond to all of the requests we receive within the
statutory time period, but unfortunately it is not always possible for us
