We are postgraduate students in Information Technology from Salford University Manchester and requesting to have audience with you to supply us with some information which is strictly for academic purpose (Freedom of Information).
Do you take regular Data Protection Act Audit on the teachers and children?

Do you have a written policy for errors in data covered by the Data Protection Act in Education Authority?
Do have up-to-date records, and can you provide recent statistics to show the rate of errors in data covered by Data Protection Act in education?
Are there policies that education authority have in place in other to protect their staff, and students in primary, secondary and tertiary levels?
How do you discover individuals that are making subject access request?
