Ahead of the General Data Protection Regulation ( EU) 2016/279 coming into effect on the 25th May 2018, I would like a copy of the following documents:
- The Data Protection Policy of the ECITB;
The ECITB is in the process of revising its Data Protection Policy in the light of the GDPR. The new policy will be implemented in May 2018. The ECITB's existing policy requires significant amendment and has now been effectively superseded.
- Any information prepared in response to Article 30 of GDPR;
The documentation of the ECITB’s processing activities in accordance with Article 30 is still in the process of being compiled in readiness for the implementation of the GDPR.
- The name and contact details for the Data Protection Officer of the ECITB.
The name of the ECITB’s Data Protection Officer is Maria Papadopoulou, who may be contacted at ECITB, Blue Court, 1 Church Lane, Kings Langley, Herts., WD4 8JP.
