Your request for information has been considered by Warwickshire County Council 
under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. 
I am writing to advise you that the information you have requested is not held by 
Warwickshire County Council. 
This is because you are seeking information concerning a service which is actioned by 
the local District and Borough Councils, rather than us as a County Council.   
Please see below for further details, and explanation.   
Under the Freedom of Information Act (2000), I would like to request the following 
information in relation to the issue of fly-tipping.
1.  During the period of 1st January 2019 to 31st December 2019, how many 
incidents of fly-tipping were reported to Warwickshire County Council?
2.  During the period of 1st January 2019 to 31st December 2019, what was the 
amount spent by Warwickshire County Council to remove any items / rubbish left 
behind after a reported fly-tipping incident?
3.  During the period of 1st January 2019 to 31st December 2019, how many Fixed 
Penalty Notices were issued after a fly-tipping incident had taken place?
4.  During the period of 1st January 2019 to 31st December 2019, what was the 
total amount (in £) of the Fixed Penalty Notices which were issued after a fly-


tipping incident had taken place? 
5.  Could you please also provide the figures for each of the above questions for 
the period which covers 1st January 2020 to 30th June 2020?
