Freedom Of Information Act Questions.
1. Please provide statistical data on all full and part-time employees on permanent contracts on NJC Scales 1 to 43 and 44-59 by ethnic origin, gender, and disability.
2. Please provide statistical data on all full and part-time permanently employed staff by ethnic origin, gender and disability who are managers or team leaders on NJC Scales 1-43 and scales/grades 44-59
3. Please provide data on all those employed as managers/team leaders on Scales 1-43 and 44-59 by their actual pay scale and by their ethnic origin, gender, and disability.
4. Please provide statistical data on any employee on a permanent contract by ethnic origin, gender and disability that may lie outside of the NJC pay scales.
