Dear LB Croydon,

I am making the following request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please provide the following information within London Borough of Croydon from Year 2014 TO DATE regarding each of the questions (numbered 1-12) listed below with exact numbers relating to the following two sub-parts being:

a) The precise number of the whole population
b) The precise number within this population (a) above from the BAME community being Black, Asian, Minority of Ethnics /mixed race or multiple ethnic groups.

To clarify what is meant by Special Educational Needs: A child or young person has special educational needs and disabilities if they have a learning difficulty and/or a disability that means they need special health and education support. Ages 0-25 in this case.

Please provide a specific date rather than leaving your response "as soon as possible" as that is NOT good enough. As mentioned the deadline has passed and the information requested was given on 3rd July 2020.
