Dear FOI - Freedom Information Officer,

With regards to question 6 of the request, I require data in relation to
the whole of the HR Directorate (includes Transformation, E-workforce, HR Business Partners, HR
Service Centre, Medical Staffing, Learning and Development and Occupational Health) but I would like the information to have a breakdown by those categories above.

IN addition if it could be indicated which business parter looks after each sub directorate that would be useful.

Please advise when the clock will resume and the data request will be honoured?

Yours sincerely,

Dear Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust's handling of my FOI request 'Data on contract of employment, flexible working arrangements, Maternity, Paternity or Adoption, the Annual Turnover & Grievances'.

I contend that you have deliberately and wilfully used the first principle of data protection to withhold information. Moreover you have maintained that your systems to do not record information in instances that that your organisation is mandated to record metrics and it is not reasonable nor appropriate for you to withhold this.

I look forward to receiving your reasons and rationale for acting outside of the fundamental principles laid out in the Data Protection Act.

Subject: Internal review of Freedom of Information request - Data on
contract of employment, flexible working arrangements, Maternity,
Paternity or Adoption, the Annual Turnover & Grievances

Dear Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information
reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Northampton General Hospital
NHS Trust's handling of my FOI request 'Data on contract of employment,
flexible working arrangements,  Maternity, Paternity or Adoption,  the
Annual Turnover & Grievances'.

I contend that you have deliberately and wilfully used the first principle
of data protection to withhold information. Moreover you have maintained
that your systems to do not record information in instances that that your
organisation is mandated to record metrics and it is not reasonable nor
appropriate for you to withhold this.

I look forward to receiving your reasons and rationale for acting outside
of the fundamental principles laid out in the Data Protection Act.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on
the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

S. Mood
