Data on Annual Review and Post-Completion Review Results

Mike Giglio made this Freedom of Information request to Department for International Development

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was refused by Department for International Development.

Dear Department for International Development,

As you know, all Annual Reviews and Post Completion Reviews are published on DevTracker. Each Annual Review gives the date of review, an output score, and a risk rating. Post Completion Reviews give the date, output score, outcome score, and risk rating.

Because this data is held in word documents, it is not possible to analyse it. Consequently, this FOI is to obtain a spreadsheet containing the following columns:
A) Project reference number (e.g. [GB-1-203232]). This will allow data to be compared with other data from IATI (International Aid Transparency Initiative).
B) Whether it is an annual review/PCR
C) Date of review/PCR
D) Output score
E) Outcome score (if appropriate)
F) Risk rating.

The exact format in which this can be released will depend on how you collect and code the data. I don't really mind the details, as long as it allows me to link this spreadsheet to other IATI data, using the project reference number, and analyse the results.

Yours faithfully,

Mike Giglio
