Dear Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency,

I would like to request the following information covering a period of at least January 2009 to present (July 2019), it would be appreciated if this data can be provided down to the per month level (or per day if possible);

1. The total number of applications for V5C body type amendment (specifically amendments to become a "motor caravan") received by the DVLA.

2. The breakdown of the number of results, including the quantity of each (ie: How many were approved, rejected, or other etc?).

3. The breakdown of the number of applications into the original V5C body types (ie: How many applications were from each of the other body types; Car, LGV, HGV, Bus, Minibus or other etc to Motor Caravan?).

4. The breakdown of the reasons for rejection of the V5C body type amendment application and how many of each type of rejection occurred.
