I would like to submit a Freedom of Information request following up my request FOI/60312/09/PH.

1. I would like to have a short description of each of the fields which can be stored for each record of the following databases. If it does not exceed the cost limit I would also like to know what the source is for each piece of information or details of how it is collected. Please ensure the descriptions are comprehensible to those unfamiliar with the databases and MOJ procedures.
a) Local Inmate Database System
b) PSIMOn
c) Regime Monitoring Database

2. I would like to have a short description of the types of information which relate to staff, offenders and establishments and are held by the following data sources. If it does not exceed the cost limit I would also like to know what the source is for each piece of information or details of how it is collected. Please ensure the descriptions are comprehensible to those unfamiliar with the data sources and MOJ procedures.
a) Audit and Corporate Assurance Group
b) Reducing Re-offending Delivery Unit
c) PMG
d) Race Equality Action Group

3. For each of the following indicators included in the PPAT and WSC I would like to have the most recent targets and scores for each establishment. Please also include as much historical data for each indicator as is allowed under the cost limit.

c) Education or Training at discharge
d) Employment
e) HMIP Purposeful Activity
f) HMIP Resettlement
g) HMIP Respect
h) HMIP Safety
