Data Extract
Dear Sutton Borough Council,
1) From CRM system that you use, please could you do a full system extract (.xlsx or .csv) for any entry that contains the word "flag" that has been reported to you via the web, social media, telephone, or otherwise. This would be the system you use to capture street issues (e.g. potholes, street furniture etc.)
Extract for the period from 1st October 2023 to present. Include all possible column headers that are available. I expect to see 1 row per report received.
Where it's possible, please also ensure "raised" and "resolved" dates are included as a minimum. Please do include all possible columns.
Yours faithfully,

Dear [Name Removed]
Thank you for your email to both London Borough of Sutton and Royal
Borough of Kingston dated 26/02/2024 requesting the following
information:
1) From CRM system that you use, please could you do a full system extract
(.xlsx or .csv) for any entry that contains the word "flag" that has been
reported to you via the web, social media, telephone, or otherwise. This

We are treating your correspondence as a request for information under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 . The Council requires further
clarification in order to determine whether it holds any information
within the scope of your request. The request is too general in nature.
Please explain what you mean by 'flag'. If we carry out the search, it
will be a frivolous search and would not necessarily be relevant to what
you are looking for.
Once you have clarified your request, we will be pleased to consider it
again. Please note this will be treated as a new request and you will
receive a response within 20 working days.
Please remember to quote the reference number above in any future
communications.
Kind regards

Dear RBK FOI,
Thanks for your email.
I need only “flag” and/or “flags”. As in, a country’s flag.
Anything like “I am flagging” will not be needed.
Where somebody has reported with the phrase “I flag”, you may include these in the interest of not spending unnecessary time filtering.
It may therefore be easiest to search for "flag" or "flags" and then I would be happy to filter out any results not relevant. If I receive any entries that say "I flag a pothole", then that would be acceptable to me.
Yours sincerely,
