Data Extract
Dear Greenwich Borough Council,
1) From CRM system that you use, please could you do a full system extract (.xlsx or .csv) for any entry that contains the word "flag" that has been reported to you via the web, social media, telephone, or otherwise. This would be the system you use to capture street issues (e.g. potholes, street furniture etc.)
Extract for the period from 1st October 2023 to present. Include all possible column headers that are available. I expect to see 1 row per report received.
Where it's possible, please also ensure "raised" and "resolved" dates are included as a minimum. Please do include all possible columns.
Yours faithfully,
