I work for at the Heathcotes Group, we provide residential care for individuals with a diagnosed learning disability, mental health and complex needs.
We are looking at the contacts that we contact and cleansing the information we have as it may be that these individuals are no longer in the post or no longer work with yourselves.
Can you advise on who your Mental Health team manager is, Learning disabilities team manager, Transitions Team manager, Learning disabilities commissioner and Mental Health commissioner is.
