Dear University of Nottingham,

This request relates to the prelim year of the following programme and its previous iterations:

Veterinary Medicine and Surgery including a Preliminary Year BVM BVS with BVMedSci
Please provide for *all* preliminary year modules in the 2021-22 (open book) and 2022-23 (closed book) academic years:

1. Anonymised individual student marks (and grade boundaries where necessary), in order to clarify the number of students who passed each module, the number of students who failed each module, and the number of students who successfully proceeded immediately onto the full Vet Med 5 year course without any resit. This should enable a direct comparison of these two years' cohorts' pass and fail rates.

2. Data for each individual student (redacted names/IDs) for the above academic years, indicating the number of exam attempts they made for each module, the total exam fees they paid for resits and the number of students who successfully proceeded after resits to the full Vet Med 5 year course.

3.Details of internal and external moderation process to allow external scrutiny to ascertain whether marking is fair and in line with the expectations extended to the students who are enrolled on the full time Year 1 of the 5 year Vet Med course.

Yours faithfully,

A Marsh
