I hope all’s well. I am making a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act about company investigations, criminal investigations & criminal prosecutions.

I would like to have a set of specific, discrete data, please:

1. How many live company investigations did the IS have during the below time periods.

1 Jan 2019 to 30 June 2019
1 July 2019 to 31 December 2019

2. How many live criminal investigations did the IS have during the below time periods.

1 Jan 2019 to 30 June 2019
1 July 2019 to 31 December 2019

3. How many live criminal prosecutions did the IS have during the below time periods.

1 Jan 2019 to 30 June 2019
1 July 2019 to 31 December 2019

4. How many company investigations has the IS opened from 11 March 2020 to the current date?

How many company investigations did the IS commence during the below time periods (resulting from any concern raised by any party, including those within the IS) - 1 Jan 2019 to 30 June 2019; 1 July 2019 to 31 December 2019? Of these investigations, how many of those investigations are on-going as of 15 June 2020?

2. How many criminal investigations did the IS commence during the below time periods (resulting from any concern raised by any party, including those within the IS) - 1 Jan 2019 to 30 June 2019; 1 July 2019 to 31 December 2019 investigations? Of these, how many of those investigations are on-going as of 15 June 2020?

3. How many criminal prosecutions did the IS commence during the below time periods (resulting from any concern raised by any party, including those within the IS) - 1 Jan 2019 to 30 June 2019; 1 July 2019 to 31 December 2019 investigations? Of these, how many of those investigations are on-going as of 15 June 2020?
