James Spilsbury

Dear Department for Transport,

Can you let me have the latest statistics for:
a) the number of people who have been fined, since the introduction of the Dart Charge, for failing to pay either before crossing the bridge, or within 48 hours of doing so;
b) How much revenue has been raised by these fines;
c) the number of people who have failed to pay fines.

Yours faithfully,
James Spilsbury.
