Please see below an answer to your questions.

- How much has the Welsh Government spent on the DARPL project since its inception? Please provide a breakdown of these costs and the areas of spending.

This question should be sent to Welsh Government to answer in accordance with their own obligations under FOI legislation. They will be better placed to confirm the funding amount for DARPL. Cardiff Metropolitan University cannot answer a Freedom of Information Request on behalf of a separate public body/data controller.

-How many members of staff are employed by the DARPL project?
As a total figure, 3.8 FTE staffing currently allocated to the DARPL project.

When considering what is covered by WG funding, this reduces to 3.4 FTE.

- Is the Welsh Government the sole funder for the DARPL project?
Welsh Government funds DARPL through the HEI Grant.

- What groups/individuals are involved in the DARPL project?
A wide range of groups working in the education, childcare, play-work, youthwork aspects are involved. We also work with peers in culture heritage and sport.
