Dear Freedom of Information Requests,

Thank you for your acknowledgement of the Forum's request.

Upon reflection, it may be that the FoI should be sent directly to the Danvm Drainage Commissioners through the Shire Group of IDBs who provide the Clerking Service to the DDC? However, the initial request was sent to DMBC because it was their Audit Dept. who undertook the Governance Review.

Given that the Audit scrutinised Governance and some finance matters there could potentially be an issue around objectivity, so we would appreciate confirmation / advice on the correct procedure to ensure our enquiry is addressed in an efficient and timely manner.

Specifically, who is accountable for this audit and the release of information derived from it? i.e. DMBC or DDC?

Yours sincerely,

Thorne & Hatfield Moors Conservation Forum
