Dangerous occurrences

Mark Taylor made this Freedom of Information request to Network Rail Limited Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

The request was partially successful.

Dear Network Rail Limited,

Can you provide details of dangerous occurrences that took place during the rail strike days 13th and 14th December 2022.

In particular was there a report of a train being sent through a tunnel at Belgrove Glasgow when the signaller has put a line block in place?

How many dangerous occurrences took place that required the removal and drug and alcohol testing of the person involved?

Yours faithfully,

Mark Taylor
