Dangerous Dogs

The request was partially successful.

Dear Lancashire Constabulary,

I would like to know how many suspected dangerous and/or illegal dogs you have seized in total under the Dangerous Dogs Act since June 2010.

I would also like to know how many of the above dogs were seized because they were suspected banned breeds, and how many were seized because of their dangerous behaviour.

In addition, please tell me how many people were charged under the Act following these seizures, and how many of the dogs were returned to their owners with no further action taken.

Yours faithfully,

C Bell.
