Could you please give me the request from West Wiltshire County Council planning department that HSE check the danger of a 7.9 cubic meters of water PER SECOND flow of a Kaplan water turbine within metres of a Public Swimming Area , this was a recent planning permission granted that you were consulted on. Secondly can I also have your response to WWCC planning department. I would like all corispondence regards this application between WWCC and the HSE. The planning reference is 17/08482/FUL Weavers Mill Avoncliff Bradford-On-Avon. Wiltshire BA15 2HB.

The planning application that you have requested is available on-line on the website of West Wiltshire County Council. HSE do not hold anything separate from what can viewed on-line. Although a consultee on this proposal, HSE did not submit a response to the application. All consultee responses are published by the Council and can be viewed on the site. The Environment Agency submitted a response.
