Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,

Before 2012 a walk on Grange Hill, West Kirby, was accompanied by many birds, singing.

Between 2012 and 2015 numerous trees were felled on Grange Hill, West Kirby.

Today the sound of birds, singing, is a rarity.

One individual, who doesn't live in West Kirby, has been permitted, by the local authority,to use a chainsaw and do considerable damage to the trees on Grange Hill.

Please provide copies of all emails, fax messages and letters, to
and from Council officer Anthony Bestwick, between 2011 and 16 January
2015, concerning Grange Hill, West Kirby.

Yours faithfully,

Alan Rundle
