Daily Telegraph Dossier of 2016 on Labour Party antisemitism - was Eric Pickles informed?

We're waiting for Chris Friel to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government,

In April 2016 the Daily Telegraph reported that it had compiled a dossier on Labour Antisemitism and in their article on April 30th 2016 they record that Eric Pickles, the Communities Secretary, had been informed. I would like to know first of all whether any such dossier was handed over and is stored by the relevant department on Labour Antisemitism. In particular, such a document was said to contain information on a comment made in 2012 by Jeremy Corbyn questioning the destruction of a mural by "Mear One" on Hanbury St (off Brick Lane) which was destroyed that year. Did the Communities Secretary (or relevant departments) know or hold such information? When and how did that information come to be stored? To repeat, did such information come to be held as a result of a dossier presented to Eric Pickles (by the Telegraph)?
What information is held on that mural (Freedom for Humanity by Mear One aka Kalen Ockerman)?
If such information exists what does it actually say? Are screen shots of the mural included?

Yours faithfully,
Chris Friel

Dear Despatch Box,
Hello James Young,
I should add that I think Eric Pickles was no longer the Communities Secretary at the time, but all the same, do please check out the relevant department. The Mayor of Tower Hamlets was Lutfur Rahman.

Yours sincerely,

Chris Friel

Dear Despatch Box,
I note that you have not promptly sent the information requested. By law the authority should have responded promptly, that is, by Jan 10th. Do please send me information on the Mear One Mural sent to the Communities Secretaries - including Eric Pickles and Sajid Javid.

Yours sincerely,

Chris Friel
