Daily rates of disability-related hate crimes 2019

Emily Silcock made this Freedom of Information request to Staffordshire Police Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

The request was successful.

Dear Staffordshire Police,

Please could you provide me with the number of disability-related hate crimes reported between 1st January 2019 and 31st December 2019, broken down by the day they were reported.

To be clear, I would like the total number for each day separately, so a sample dataset could have every date in 2019 in the first column and the number of reports made in the second column. If you could provide this in excel, or other spreadsheet, format, that would be great.

Additionally, if possible, could you further break down these numbers into offence type (public order, violence against the person with injury, violence against the person without injury, stalking, harassment, criminal damage, arson, other etc.). I would also like this data at a daily level. However, if that is not possible, then I would still like the first half of the request.

Yours faithfully,

Emily Silcock
