Dear Barking and Dagenham Borough Council,
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I seek the following information about Dagenham Borough Council staff parking services.
A. Are predominantly office based staff able to access a staff/members parking scheme?
B. Are all staff/members able to access the scheme or is there a criteria? If there is a qualifying criteria, please send it.
C. Does the scheme offer parking to staff/members at a reduced/subsidised rate than market value?
D. How much does it cost for staff/members?
E. How many staff/members are on the parking scheme?
F. Are blue badge holders able to access parking for free?
G. Do you have an essential car user scheme, please send qualification criteria and policy.
H. Do essential car users have to pay?
I. Send staff parking policy.

Yes
B. Are all staff/members able to access the scheme or is there a

All staff are eligible to apply for a permit
C. Does the scheme offer parking to staff/members at a
reduced/subsidised rate than market value?
Yes
D. How much does it cost for staff/members?
The permit prices are already available and published on our website from
the Cabinet report
E. How many staff/members are on the parking scheme?
These numbers are published as part of our Annual report and are already

Yes
G. Do you have an essential car user scheme, please send

The Council HR department operates an Essential Car User Scheme this
information is not held within parking services and we are therefore
unable to provide the information
H. Do essential car users have to pay?
Yes
