Dear Margaret Connolly,
FOI001076
Re above FOI request. For clarification, I only seek the information requested from 2010.
Regards,
Yours sincerely,
Mrs Newsom

Dear Margaret Connolly,
FOI001076
My above request dated 30 April 2018 which should have been responded to promptly is now unacceptably overdue. Unless I receive the information by Wednesday, 13 June 2018 I shall request an internal review.
Yours sincerely,
Mrs Newsom

Dear Homes and Communities Agency,
Re: FOI001076
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Homes and Communities Agency's handling of my FOI request 'Daedalus Reports and Environmental Impact Statement Commission scope'. My request was due to be responded to 3 weeks ago on 29 May 2018.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/d...
Yours faithfully,
Mrs Newsom

Dear Margaret Connolly,
Re: FOI00176 - requested 30 April 2018: response due 29 May 2018
A. Thank you for your 26 June 2018 suggestion of providing information replying to above FOI on a disc plus information relating to 2 other FOI requests – a suggestion I am unable to accept because e.g.:
a) For practical reasons.
b) Because I wish the information to be publicly available and separately published alongside its individual request. (Which of course also reduces file size.)
B. On 14 June 2018 I requested an Internal Review of the above FOI request but this does not appear to have taken place: if I am correct please explain why an internal review has not been undertaken and forward it to the relevant person for an Internal Review to be carried out.
I look forward to hearing from you and being able to access the information published publicly via this website.
Yours sincerely,
Mrs Newsom

Dear Louisa Clare,
Re: FOI00176 - requested 30 April 2018: response due 29 May 2018 - Internal Review requested 14 June 2018
Please use this www.whatdotheyknow.com website to communicate with me. Today I received an email from you (to my private address: do not use again) including the following:
"... I have received a message from my colleague Debbie Pennington. To confirm we have provided a response to each of the freedom of Information requests noted above via the what do they know website.
If you wish for us to conduct an internal review on any of the requests now that you have the information then please let me know. .."
" Louisa Clare | Deputy Data Protection Officer Homes England | Windsor House, 42 – 50 Victoria "
A. For all the previous given reasons I most certainly continue to expect the long overdue commencement of my requested Internal Review information. Internal Review request made 14 June 2018. At no time have I cancelled my request for an Internal Review.
B. I still do not have the information which is available and I believe HCA continues to be in breach of the relevant Acts not least in suggesting that HCA will only provide for 7 days the information via a link o a 3rd party. Further unacceptable is that in order to access the information via a 3rd party it is necessary to agree to unacceptable terms and conditions of that 3rd party which includes sharing my details with yet a further party for its advertising purposes etc.
The above points, amongst others have been made to HCA before. Clearly also it is not my function to do the job of HCA and post FOI information on this website as suggested by HCA.
I look forward to HCA supplying the requested information on this website in accordance with the legislation.
Yours sincerely,
Mrs Newsom

Dear Louisa Clare,
Clearly time to complain to the Information Commissioner. Not only are response times not even vaguely adhered to nor is anything else as it should be.

Dear Reader,
I have neither received the information I asked for which clearly exists nor has Homes England carried out an internal review.
