I am writing to ask you to clarify part of your request.  This is because
we are not certain that we have understood your request correctly, and we
need further details from you in order to identify and locate the correct
information.

The officer dealing with your request has asked if you could provide two
clarifications for your request:
 
1.  Part of Q2 asks 'who are on the awarded list...'
 
What do you mean by this?  (e.g. the list of providers who are on the
framework? or the placements made using the framework?). 
 
2.  Another part of Q2 asks '...the value for each provider'
 
What do you mean by this?  (e.g. do you require the annual value? or the
value of the whole contract?).  
 
 
Therefore, I should be grateful if you would confirm the information you
require to answer these two parts of your request, as outlined above.  
 
 
I will not be able to take this matter further without this extra
information from you, please let me know by 23rd April 2020.  If I do not
hear from you within the timeframe provided, I shall take it that you do
not wish to pursue this request and will consider the request closed.

Please be advised that our response to question 1 of your request should
have read:
 
"Warwickshire County Council (WCC) is part of the West Midlands Fostering
Framework. However Birmingham Children's Trust (BCT) is the lead authority
for this framework so they will be best placed to answer this FOI request
because WCC does not hold all of this information.
 
This is a correction to our original response in which Birmingham City
Council were named in error.
 
Please accept our apologies for this error and for any confusion caused.

Could you please confirm you meant Birmingham City Council and NOT
Birmingham Children's Trust (BCT)?
