information about the amount of money annually invested into cycling
facilities and schemes in Oxford, by Oxfordshire County Council between
2009-2015.

The response that I received on 2nd October is inadequate. It now appears to show the spend on cycling facilities in Oxford between 2009 and 2015 as being a fraction of the spend per the information provided under 1772 FOI. The original response showed the spend between 2009 and 2015 as being greater by a factor of ten than the information provided in 1772 FOI.

Surely it must be possible to present consistent information in the same format as it was provided under 1772 FOI?
