Cycling Accidents involving commercial vehicles

Driving Standards Agency did not have the information requested.

Dear Driving Standards Agency,

To improve driving standards..

1. I would like to know how many accidents there have been nationally involving commercial vehicles under 3.5t that have involved a cyclist being injured or worse when the driver was clearly at fault over the last two years.
2. How many drivers of commercial vehicles under 3.5t have been injured because they were not wearing a seatbelt when involved in an RTA.

Yours faithfully,

Andy Mackenzie
