Freedom of Information Request (Ref: 19372)

 

I refer to the above and your request dated 13, August 2017. I have
contacted the relevant services and now provide a response to the
following request Cycle Superhighway Safety audit.

 

Documentation that has been produced to deliver the Safety Audit process
and results of it for Cycle Superhighway. Please can you also provide the
details of the remedial works that are expected or have been completed.

 

The road safety audit report for City Connect remains at the draft stage
and is expected to be confirmed as a final report within the next two
months.  In terms of the remedial measures list for the safety audit is in
progress and is expected to be confirmed in the same timeline as the final
report and audit results.

 

I trust that this response is satisfactory. If however you are
dissatisfied with this response you have a right to appeal to an
independent officer within City Development. They will re-examine your
request and assess whether we have adhered to the requirements of the act.
Should you wish to follow this course of action please address your

You also have a right under Section 50 of the Freedom of Information Act
