Thank you for your email received on 27 September 2017 asking for Cycle
Superhighway safety assessments. I apologise for the delay in responding
to you.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of
the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our Information Access Policy. You
asked:

to the junction.

Please find attached the information you requested.

Please note that names, email addresses and telephone numbers have not

processing ‘fair’. This exemption to the right of access to information is
an absolute exemption and not subject to an assessment of whether the
public interest favours use of the exemption.

I note your request is in relation to the fatality of a cyclist using this
junction. Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the cyclist who
sadly died after this collision. TfL will assist the police as they
investigate the circumstances.
