Please could you provide the following information for the last 5 years, covering the statistics for Cambridge on its own, and also for Cambridgeshire excluding Cambridge.

The number of people who have been seriously injured by a cyclist in each of the following categories:
1. Cycling on a pavement
2. Cycling through a red light
3. Cycling the wrong way up a one-way street
4. Any other reason not listed in 1-4

The number of cyclists who have been seriously injured by a motor vehicle in each of the following categories:
5. Accidents where speeding is considered a contributory cause
6. Accidents which are the fault of the driver excluding those listed in 5

The number of pedestrians who have been seriously injured by a motor vehicle in each of the following categories:
7. Accidents where speeding is considered a contributory cause
8. Accidents which are the fault of the driver excluding those listed in 7

http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/cy... shows Cambridgeshire Constabulary saying they do not hold the contributing factor data, doesn't it? So they don't hold it but supplied it confidentially to CambsCC - so how can that data be obtained under FoI?
