Dear S. Elliott,

I am writing to seek clarification on the request you have made under the
Freedom of Information Act Ref 15372.

Please be advised there is no specific offence for ‘cyber bullying’. We
could search for offences such as harassment, malicious communications and
stalking which are flagged on our system as being cyber related. Could you
please advise how you would like us to proceed in defining and locating
cases of ‘cyber bullying’.

I await clarification to proceed with this request. If this is not
received in two months I will consider this request closed.
