I am now able to furnish you with the information.
The Special Educational Needs (SEN) budget comes under Learning Services,
therefore no staff is tasked with the decreasing spend per pupil.
I hope that this information will be of assistance but if you have any

I am writing to request an internal review of Ceredigion Council's handling of my FOI request 'Cuts to Special Educational Needs (SEN) Spend per pupil'.
Having conducted our own research we believe that individual members of staff are tasked with reducing the SEN per pupil spend. The document that can be viewed at this link clearly shows that Gerwyn Loosley is one of the members of staff tasked with reducing the SEN per pupil spend:
