The Customer Relations Division is led by 1 VSM (£115,000) managing a team
that is responsible for:
Standards and Values (Head = Band 9 £77,850 - £98,453)
Identity management, development and enforcement of the NHS Brand and the
licence to use it.
o The management of the visual identity of NHS England
o The Vision and Values of NHS England for NHS England Staff
Head of Marketing (Head = Band 9 £77,850 - £98,453)
o Public facing campaigns such as Winter Urgent and Emergency Care
Winter Pressures Campaign
o Support to NHS England Directorates for public sector marketing
insights
o Online audience and community listening
o Widening Digital Participation - Providing people with the skills to
get online to address the health and care needs
