I request information on the number of and location of custody suites throughout the force area. The information I would like to receive is;
1. Police stations containing custody facilities; both staffed and reserve locations.
2. Number of cells and detention rooms at each location.
3. Number of people detained at each location, per year since 2008.
4. Location of custody facilities if any, closed since 2008.
5. Number of cells and detention rooms at these locations.

You have requested the following information under the terms of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000:

 

I request information on the number of and location of custody suites
throughout the force area. The information I would like to receive is; 1.

the statutory timescale as defined by the Act, subject to the information
not being exempt. In some circumstances West Yorkshire Police may be
unable to achieve this deadline. If this is likely you will be informed at
the earliest opportunity. If you no longer require the information, please
inform us at your earliest convenience.

Dear Freedom of Information,

This request is long overdue a response, you have now had in excess of double the time allowable under the FOI Act, to process this request although I acknowledge that it is another department causing this delay, and I also appreciate that you probably have a high work load stretched over thin resources. Is there any timescale as to when a response will be able to be collated, if no response is provided to this request by 09/05/2017, I will be requesting an internal review.
