Dear Tricky.

Under section 8 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, for a request for
information to be a valid request it must, amongst other things, "state
the name of the applicant and an address for correspondence".
Unfortunately your request does not fulfil the first part of that
requirement by providing your name.

I have attached below guidance from the Information Commissioner's Office
on the subject and I would request that you provide your name at your
earliest opportunity in order for your request to be dealt with.

Regards

Tricky Dicky.

As is your right. However should we, for any reason, refuse part or all
of your request and you were to make a complaint to the Information
Commissioner under section 50 of the FoI Act. Then the Commissioner will
refuse to deal with your complaint.

More information about the use of names and addresses for correspondence
can be found in the Information Commissioner's Guidance on the subject
which can be found on the ICO's website:-

I hope this clarifies the situation
