Dear Family Mosaic Housing Association,

Since the Office of National Statistics recently re-classified housing associations as public bodies, I am writing to request the following information under Environmental Information Regulations (EIR 2004).

According to planning application documents, Family Mosaic Housing Association is the registered provider for 22 social rented homes at Oleander House (420-452 Old Kent rd) as part of the Neo Bankside off-site social housing provision - [planning application refs: 11/AP/0138 & 11/AP/4338].

Please tell us how many of these 22 social rented homes have since been converted to 'affordable rent'; i.e. how many of these no longer have rent levels determined by the National Rent Regime formula for social rents, but are now determined instead as a percentage of market rent?
