Also please provide the amount of people waiting for a 4 bedroom property within the high band, also for 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom.

OUR RESPONSE:

 

We currently have 500 households in the High Priority Bands.

 

Of these

32 are registered for 4 Beds

99 are registered for 3 Beds

175 are registered for 2 Beds

 

There is some overlap where households could be registered for "3 or 4" or
"2 or 3" bed properties.

 

We currently have 23 Void properties.

 

Under the Re- Use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2015 (SI
2015/1415) the supplied information may not be re-used without obtaining
the permission of Portsmouth City Council.
