Current redacted versions of the 3 PIP contracts

The request was successful.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

On 30 August 2019 I submitted a request for information seeking the current effective PIP contract between the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions and Atos for Lot 1.

URL: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...

The Department refused relying on section 22. It stated that a new redacted version of the PIP contract in question would be available by spring 2020. I accepted the Department’s refusal as I believed the timescale was reasonable for the work involved.

As we are now approach spring 2021, I believe that the Department should be able to disclose the current redacted versions of all 3 PIP contracts it holds.

RFI1 – Please disclose the most current redacted versions of the 3 PIP contracts (Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3) it has with Atos & Capita. Please note I understand that these may not include all the changes that have been agreed over recent months.

If the Department is unsure about the scope of my RFI it is required under the FOIA to seek clarification.

Yours faithfully,

John Slater
