I would like to know who is now the new legal owner of the old
Typhoo Tea
Factory in Digbeth Birmingham.

The building is located on the corner of Bordesley Street and New
Canal Street.

It was sold by Jones Lang LaSalle (Birmingham commercial property
agents) on the 7th of September 2010.
